Beaded Naga Earring: Circle
In Nagaland - that's far Eastern India almost to Myanmar, if you didn't quite know - a young woman makes these beaded earrings for us and sends them over by way of her aunt, our jewelry guru. Nagaland was cut off from the west for 40 years, denying tourists entrance, so even though it has recently reopened, there's not a lot of work for women. Beading is a skill some know, and these earrings are a good showcase for it. We're happy to offer them!
A big hoop is laced with beads in turquoise, black, or deep red. Light, easy to wear, and a great value to boot!
Made in Nagaland, India.
