The Bangladesh Jacket

Every story of ashes dreams of a phoenix. Two years of meticulous silk-cultivation, hand-dyeing, hand-weaving, and hand-work in intricate kantha stitches, completed by 4 complimentary women's cooperatives in Bangladesh, were fruitless when the fabric was ruined by tailor's pen marks. The garments, first designed by Charlotte Moss, were rendered unsellable. Crestfallen, we went to town remaking the garment. Voila. A silk phoenix.
Made in Bangladesh.
